  • Served as primary engineer for Aalee Assist, a client-facing AI support SaaS with customizable AI chat, human inbox support, and widget configuration.
  • Designed provider-agnostic orchestration supporting 15+ providers and ~45 models across Vertex AI, Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, DeepSeek, and enterprise providers.
  • Engineered custom Python/FastAPI tool-calling paths, backend services, streaming, authentication, shared SSO, and production infrastructure.
